Morgan Freeman (born June 1, 1937) is an American actor, film director, and narrator best known for his welcoming presence and instantly recognizable voice. He portrayed the role of Allan Trumbull in Olympus Has Fallen, London Has Fallen and Angel Has Fallen. He also played Lucius Fox in The Dark Knight Rises and Jim in Hard Rain.

Accolades and Career[]

Freeman has received Academy Award nominations for his performances in Street Smart, Driving Miss Daisy, The Shawshank Redemption and Invictus and won in 2005 for Million Dollar Baby.

Freeman has appeared in many other box office hits, including: Glory (with Denzel Washington), Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (with Alan Rickman, Christian Slater and Kevin Costner), Unforgiven, Se7en (with Henry Kingi), Deep Impact, The Sum of All Fears, Bruce Almighty, the Alex Cross mystery adaptations Kiss the Girls and Along Came a Spider, Dolphin Tale 1 and 2, The Dark Knight trilogy (with Gary Oldman and Aaron Eckhart), RED (with Bruce Willis and Karl Urban), Oblivion (with Tom Cruise and Olga Kurylenko), Now You See Me and TED 2 (with Bill Smitrovich, Dennis Haysbert and Liam Neeson).
