Lee Tae-Woo was the Prime Minister of South Korea. He visited Washington D.C. to meet U.S. President Benjamin Asher to discuss the recent tensions with North Korean soldiers along the Korean DMZ. President Asher stated that the United States remain committed to the defense of South Korea as it is their ally. Their meeting was soon cut short when a modified C-130 attacked Washington D.C. The President, the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Prime Minister Lee, and his security detail were evacuated to the Presidential Emergency Operations Center bunker; against the protocol for foreign leaders. It was there Lee and Asher realized that Prime Minister's security detail were terrorists all along. Having successfully infiltrated the PEOC bunker, the terrorists then execute all remaining Secret Service agents, save for USSS agent Dave Forbes, who was a mole working for terrorist Kang Yeonsak, the leader for the Korean United Front. The KUF held POTUS, the SecDef, the JCS, and the Lee hostage. Lee would then appear in front of the Pentagon's TV screen, where Kang executed him on live video feed.
