Nicolas Cage (born January 7, 1964) is an award-winning actor who has appeared in over 70 films ranging from the best of the best to the worst possible trash to the most bizarre. Whichever film you see him in, you never know what to expect. Cage is the nephew of acclaimed filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola and is a huge comic book fan.

Cage appeared in the Die Hard scenario films The Rock and Con Air, both of which were produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and both films featured Cage in heroic roles. Cage played a reluctant protagonist once again in the Action-Mystery thriller Snake Eyes. Cage later starred in the 2012 "Taken-meets-Die Hard" action-crime thriller Stolen.
