Carlos Bernard (born October 12, 1962) is an American actor who is best known for his role as Tony Almeida on the long-running television series "24". Prior to that, he had recurring roles on the series "Sunset Beach", "The Young and the Restless", "Scoundrels", "CSI: Miami" and the new versions of both "Dallas" and "Hawaii Five-0". In addition to that, he has appeared in short films as well as independent and television-distributed films such as The Killing Jar (with Xander Berkeley and Tamlyn Tomita), Babylon 5: A Call to Arms (with Tony Todd), Vegas, City of Dreams, 10.5: Apocalypse (with Dean Cain), Alien Raiders and Angel Camouflaged.
