Ben Cross (born December 16, 1947) is a British stage, theatrical and television performer who's credits include: A Bridge Too Far (with Sean Connery), Chariots of Fire, The Unholy, First Knight (again with Connery), the 1997 TV version of 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, The Sands of Time (with Peter Weller), 2001's The Order (with Jean-Claude Van Damme), Renny Harlin's Exorcist: The Beginning, The Russian Specialist (with Dolph Lundgren), Behind Enemy Lines II: Axis of Evil (with Glenn Morshower), Undisputed II: Last Man Standing, When Nietzsche Wept, Hero Wanted (with Cuba Gooding Jr.) and the 2009 film version of Star Trek (with Chris Pine).
Additional TV credits include: "The Far Pavilions" mini-series, "Tales from the Crypt", "Poltergeist: The Legacy", "Banshee" (which had episodes directed by Babak Njafi) and the 2010 mini-series version of "Ben Hur".
Cross appeared in the Die Hard scenario films Live Wire and Turbulence, in villain and heroic roles respectively. In 2013, he appeared as the heroic protagonist in the remake, of the hit film A Wednesday, titled A Common Man.
