Character Biography[]
Conrad Cern was under government surveillance for his radical hate blog against the president, James Sawyer. Disguised as a Janitor, Cern placed a bomb into a bin trolley, blowing up the Capital Rotunda, which destructed it, killing three cops and several civilians. His fate is unknown, as he not seen clearly at the White House despite the fact Captain Hutton brings him up on his intelligence report and Capitol Police officer Kellerman recognized the picture of when he saw him as a janitor before the Capitol bombing.
